Update

Hey guys!

So I know I haven’t been on here for a while, but I’ve been super busy with uni and placement and work and a relationship… Well, placement’s down to one day a week, uni is chilling out a bit, work is well, work, and that relationship is unfortunately over. :(

But as horrible as the last point is, it’s given me an opportunity to reinvent myself. It’s given me the motivation I needed to get back into things, since I lost it around Easter time.

I was supposed to be doing Tough Mudder, but that plan flopped, as I was so stressed and busy with everything that was going on that I didn’t have the time or energy to train for it! Nevertheless, I’m training for next year’s Tough Mudder, and I am going to KICK ASS. :)

However, having decided I wasn’t doing Tough Mudder I trained a lot less, and then with the problems with my (now ex) boyfriend, I just didn’t have the motivation to do anything but sit on my ass.

And then he broke up with me, and I took it all upon myself for being such a horrible person with no redeeming physical or personal traits. I lay in my bed every day, gorging myself on chocolate bunnies thinking,

“How could he possibly want me, look at me, there’s nothing to keep him here”

which while in a way I still think is true, it’s given me motivation to get back into training and my diet etc. (So, thanks, I guess!)

So I’ve pulled out carbs from my diet as much as possible, bought myself a protein shake, and am training my ASS off (quite literally!) three times a week at Boot Camp. I’m also trying to get back into running every other day, but currently I’m finding it difficult.

My goal is to be at 75kg by June 25th, which is about 2 months away. I lost 5kg in 2 weeks training and running everyday, so it’s totally doable. :)

So that’s the latest from me. Feel free to send me messages of advice and motivation and encouragement!

19/4

Arms: 29cm

Bust: 101cm

Waist: 86cm

Hips: 104cm

Thighs: 62cm

A total loss of 25cm!

Considering I ate an unbelievable amount of chocolate over Easter, I’m quite happy with this!
